One serving (3 oz.) of meat, poultry or fish is about the size of a deck of playing cards.
One serving (½ C) of fruit, vegetables, pasta or rice is about the size of a baseball.
One serving (1 oz.) of cheese is about the size of one domino.
One serving (1 C) of milk, yogurt, or chopped fresh greens is about the size of a tennis ball.
